I am going on the first month of using my new oven and am not satisfied. I replaced a 60 year olive green GE with the new Frigidaire Gallery wall oven to match my other appliances. Doesn't cook frozen pizza (soggy to raw crust), fries in air fry take 150% longer than the recommended time, and 8 to 10 minute cookies take 13 to 15? I double checked the accuracy of the temp but am still getting terrible cooking results. Should I put my old oven back in?

I really like this wall oven. It has many features that I like, such as the air fryer, broiler that heats up in a flash, the pull out rack with rollers! However, there is one design flaw. The oven vent location is exactly at eye level! It has a hefty velocity so I am unable to stand in front of the oven when the blower is on.My previous oven had a one minute warning on the timer, which is a great feature. This oven turns off at the end of the time displayed and I have to reset the whole thing again! Including the cooking mode, the temp and the timer ! Am I missing something??

So i only had it for a couple weeks. I really dont have anything negative to say. I installed the oven myself so pretty much a plug and play. As far as cooking i have tried the air fryer more than once and it turned out great. Rather than ending up with miniature dehrydarte buffalo wings I got what may be served at any bar. They were crispy and still large. I also used the meat probe. I cooked a wagyu tri tip and did not to run the risk of rendering off all that yummy fat. So i slow cooked it till 135. It was perfect! I do look forward to a steam bake and air sous vide but that's for another day. So happy cooking because i know I am!

We have been pleased so far by the clean lines and easy-to-use digital menu. It also has a range (no pun intended) of features that we look forward to trying out (dehydration feature, for example, and sous vide). The only problem so far is probably not a matter of how well the oven works, but perhaps the installation. The door is very squeaky. We thought it wouldn't matter, but it is now driving us a little crazy and it makes us feel like the oven door is not closing all the way (even if it is). But, again, otherwise, it is a great oven.

I used my oven for the first time and it was amazing. I love that I can see the temperature rise as it heats up. It cooked our dinner perfectly. I also love that it is a wall oven...so much easier!
