whatever you do, do NOT buy this refrigerator. I have had 2 delivered to my house and the motor runs (loudly) 24 hours a day. It is a piece of junk and I am out $1600 because their customer service is worse than the appliance. They insist on sending a repairman to diagnose, where I live that will take 6-8 weeks. I will never buy from this company again. The unit is so loud it keeps my family up at night!!

Worst appliance I have ever seen. I am on my second unit and both of them never stop running. All day and all night loud unbelievably loud. It's like you're standing near a commercial dryer. It has been plugged in for 2 weeks and hasn't stopped running once. And the customer service is the worst. I can't talk to someone in the US and there only answer is "we'll send someone out to look at it," which hasn't happened

We didn't have a lot of space for a new fridge so I'm glad Frigidaire had one that would work for our older home. Especially like the Chill and Cool Boost features. Lots of room in Crisper and Deli drawers, keeps everything fresh. Hope this fridge lasts as long as our previous one!

I am enjoying my new refrigerator, I especially prefer the side by side model verses the other configurations. The only issue that I have had was that the water inlet for the ice maker froze up, but the service team was able to come and fix it, much faster than anticipated.

Purchased new Feb 2024. Sept 2025 technician uses heat gun to unfreeze ice maker water feed line. Nov. 2025 ice maker is not working, again. Frozen line? I'm thinking of locating a 60 year old refrigerator / freezer. I bet I can find one that works without an issue. I hate modern manufacturers. Mission: squeeze every bit of quality out of the product, make it look aesthetically pleasing, and maximize shareholder return. So happy to spend my time to address this. I bet Yannick has a house manager to do this.

We absolutely love this refrigerator. We previously had a stainless french door with a bottom freezer and it was suck a pain in the keester to access freezer items. Have to constantly move everything to get to other things. This side by side makes it so much easier to find and access everything.

Fridge was delivered earlier than scheduled which was great. It™™s beautiful except for one issue, it takes too long to make ice after it™™s first turned on. This lead me to believe the ice maker was malfunctioning and asking for a replacement. After 48 hours, fridge started making ice much quicker. My salesperson was great. He told me everything about the return policy, the extended warranty but neglected to say anything about the ice making process. Since I only had 48 hours to return the product and request a replacement, that™™s what I did. That process also went very well. Great customer service there as well. I™™ve had other refrigerators that made ice and they always started turning out lots of ice within a few hours. I think that™™s why I was so concerned and requested a replacement. Even though the item was under warranty for several years, I wanted to start off with a fully functioning product.

This replaced my 16 year old side by side. Pros: more insulation, I guess. Definitely, better ice cubes that are small and useful as opposed to those half moon ones that would get in the way of sipping. Cons: drawers are so narrow and waste 2" of space on either side. Door shelves are so narrow it is hard to fit two gallon sized milk jugs next to one another. I guess everything got narrower due to better insulation?? Worst of all, the water dispenser does not dispense chilled water! Why? they used to, and that's why I get water from the fridge. An awful 'new and unimproved' change. Otherwise, the fridge seems to perform as intended through the 3 weeks I have had it.

So I bought this refrigerator in January 2025. I started having ice maker issues in April 2025 (4 months later). KEEP IN MIND SERVICE IS M-F FOR ELETROLUX... SO... if you have work M-F and other 18+ adult present... good luck trying to get this technican to "fix" your ice maker. At this time the electrolux technician only had a short term solution of "defrosting" the water line and contact service again when I had problems. Of course the problem comes back 1 month later. I would call service again and a 3rd party comes in and changes out the ice maker all together. 1 month later, it freezes again. I suspect it's the same water line freezing in the freezer. After such events, I requested eletrolux only-technician. Think about all those "call outs" from work. It is a huge headache. This most recent service technician believes this "insulation" will help the water line freezing problem (installed 09-29-25). I guess this will work. We will see and I will make a follow up review. Major defect with this product. Each call you make with frigidaire, they will sell you an extended warrenty beyond your 1 year manufacturer warranty. Sounds like a good idea since this ice maker is NOT RELIABLE.
